A Midsummer Night's Reflection

Last week I came back from my holiday in Barcelona and because of some... Things, I've been acting like a hikkikomori all these days... Reading mangas, playing videogames, watching movies, series and animes and not leaving my room at all, but I think it's time to finally cope with all these feelings and thoughts.

I wasn't angry, I was just so sooo disappointed with my so called friends... I knew it wasn't my fault if they acted like total assholes but it still hurted so much. People say "I made a mistake, it won't happen again" and think that everything will be fine, but it won't, of course it won't.

If I ask you which is the capital city of the UK and you say Praga, that is a mistake, but if I continiously ask you if you know what's going on, if everything is O.K and you keep on saying "I don't know, everything is fine", when obviously there is something fishy and you're obviously lying to me, I don't consider it a mistake

How do I know it won't happen again? If you didn't trust me enough to tell me something as huge as this, why would you tell me next time? What have changed? That we found out about it? I don't think it's a meaningful reason for me to trust you again. Because you were my friends and I trusted you, but now I don't.

And you ask me to not give as good as I get, to not keep things from you like you did to me... Yet how can I do that when I don't feel like telling you anything anymore, I don't actually feel like talking to you anymore.

My Otome Addiction(*^ワ^*)~ [Top 6 Free otomes for smartphone/Tablet, iphone/ipad]

Hi there!

Last summer when I went on holiday with my cousins, I found thanks to them the adorable and lovely world of Otomes ~ (♡ㅅ♡)ノ

I was an otome freak and had more than 10... just on my phone. But school year started again and I had no time to play since I was busy with school, so eventually I deleted them all. However now that it's summer holiday and there is nothing stopping me from doing whatever I what, I downloaded them again on my ipad and found that there are lots of new ones!

I tried those that looked interesting (and are for free) and these are my favourite ones ~ (´。• ᵕ •。`) ♡

Top 6 : Free Otomes for Spartphone/Tablet, iPhone/iPad

#6 - Bidding For Love:

You are a normal company employee, but the vice-president of your company for some reason tricks you into going to a black market auction. However you're not bidding, you're actually being sold!
After the introduction, you can choose between three characters:
The heir of a luxurious Hotel Company, an Arab prince or a famous actor.

#5 - My Forged Wedding: PARTY

You're about to introduce your fiance to your parents, but at the last moment he dumps you and somehow you have just met your uncle's friends, so one of them makes a deal with you and acts as your husband to be. However he actually wants you to marry him for real. Why?

#4 - It's our secret

However, you need to spend at least a year married to get receive it. otherwise, all the inheritance will belong to Kevin, your second stepbrother, who actually haven't talked to the family for years. Which brother would you choose?

#3 - Contract Marriage

Your fathers company went bankrupt and have a debt of fifty million dollars. There's no way you can pay it back, but some rich men show up needing a wife. You can choose between an idol, a nightclub owner and a rich young company president. He'd pay off the debt and in exchange you have to marry him.

#2 - The Cinderella Contract

A LOT of princes offer you a marriage contract because of different reasons and situations... Who would you choose? They all have different personalities and looks, furthermore what I personally like of this otome is that you don't get to choose just one character for a route, but two. Depending on your answers you will end with one of them.

#1 - Angel or Devil +

My favourite otome so far! ( ´ ▽ ` ).。o♡ It doesn't feel too long or boring like some other games I have tried, the characters are pretty well designed and after choosing one of the routes, you still get to meet the other characters as the story progresses.
After a car accident, you find yourself in bed at the hospital and all of a sudden, three strange men appear in front of you out of nowhere. An angel, a devil and a reaper. They have come to ask for your soul since the truth is: you only have a few days left to live. To whom would you give your soul?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And this is my Top 6 free otomes for phone/tablet - iPhone/iPad. These are just my favourite ones, since there are so many. I personally like and recommend games from NTT Solmare, Voltage and Arithmetic. Their drawings are usually really pretty and there a lot to choose from, although most of the otomes from Voltage are not for free. You can download the app, but to get to read the main story and not only an introduction or prologue, it's necessary to play.

There are other developers like Faith Wonderworks Inc or Koyonplete Inc, but I'm not very found of this last one for example. They are also for free and you can get random amounts of coins to read the story everyday, but they doesn't explain how exactly do they work and usually you just get to read 6-8 pages per day.

Summer Pastimes! 1º #Books

Hi there!

During school year we're always stressed, tired, sleepless and waiting for summer holiday to come but now that we don't have to get up early to go to school, study, do homework and an endless etc, we don't know what to do with all this sudden free time...

At least that is what happens to me... (//▽//)

So I'm going to give you some suggestions for summer pastimes! (´。• ᵕ •。`) ♡

No. 1 - Books!

Invisible Monsters

Shannon is a former fashion model that gets her face disfigured by a gunshot injury and becomes an "invisible monster" since no one dares to look at her. In hospital she meets Brandy Alexander, a transgender woman and... That's all I can say without spoilers, sorry! (^^#)

At first the book is quite weird and you're just like "what the hell are you talking about" since it follows a non-linear motion, but as you keep reading it gets more and more interesting and you begin to understand. I think that if you're an openminded person that doesn't get disturbed reading about homosexuality, injuries and drugs, you'll like it. On the other hand, if you prefer simple and easy to read novels, that doesn't make you think about diferent topics, this is not for you, skip to the next one, please. Of course this book is not perfect, nothing is ever perfect, it's got some faults but I'm just giving you my opinion and for me it's really a great novel, so give it a chance! (´。• ᵕ •。`)

This is actually my favourite book and I wrote an essay for my English class about it and got an A+!

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight

Hadley Sullivan have missed her flight, she's stuck at JFK airport and late to her father's second wedding, which is taking place in London. It seems like one of the worst days of her life, but then she meets Oliver, a cute british boy who's sitting in her same row... (*♡∀♡)

Since some of you may be looking for some light reading to pass the time with, I'll suggest this one. This book is quite short and easy to read, the story narrated happens in just about a twenty-four hour period. I think the author pulled it off pretty well, it doesn't feel forced that they can fall in love in this short period of time and Oliver is just Perfect. And when I say perfect, I mean P-E-R-F-E-C-T. I loved british boys and I started to love them even more after reading this.

Everything in this book is so sweet and cute, sometimes you just can't help it but smile while reading.

After Dark

The story of this novel set in Tokyo, over the course of one night.
Mari Asai is spending her night reading in a Denny's when she meets Takahashi Tetsyta, who was once interested in Eri, Mari's sister, and insist that this is not their first encounter. Parts of the story take place in a world between reality and dream, and each chapter begins with an image of a clock depicting the passage of time throughout the night.

This was the first Murakami novel I ever read and I regret nothing. To be honest some of his books are weird, really weird, but in a good way, I guess, and they all have supernatural things so at first I was just reading and reading to know when things would make sense but that never happened and... That's how I got addicted to his novels... orz
If you have never read anything from Murakami before, I think After Dark is a good introduction to his world and if you have already, you'll be used to his weirdness and enjoy a lot the book ~ (//▽//)

And here are my book recommendations for this summer!  Have you already read them? Any book that is worth reading? Tell me andcomment! ❤️
